The Time Lapse app is a software I have developed for the Creative Play program at the Sydney Opera House.

The app scope was to  capturing time lapse of a textile installation that was built over the course of 3 weeks. Every 20 minutes the time lapse was  rendered on the fly and played back. The app was also programmed to stream additional clips and countdowns.

The standalone app was using a web cam to capture the installation-performance, a computer to temporarily storing and rendering the clips, and a video projector to display the time lapse video.   

The time lapse app was developed to allow several customisable parameters on the fly, including the length of time to be  captured, number of frames, resolution, and the option to work in automatic or manual mode.
